October 1-April 30: $150 per stay. May 1-September 30: ordinary nights $250; Friday-Saturday $350; designated concert/game dates $450; college family-weekend dates $550.

Charged once per stay. The highest package price among your occupied nights applies; prices do not stack. The check-out date is excluded. Additional visitors and gatherings require separate approval.

Wheaton: October 2–3 · Stonehill: October 16–18. Family-weekend pricing is included in the displayed rates.

Patriots home game

Concert night

October 2–3: Zach Bryan at Gillette Stadium. Friday $499 · Saturday $549 per night. Event pricing is included in the displayed rate.

Event times are Eastern Time and subject to schedule changes.

$150 cleaning fee per stay. Taxes and optional add-on spaces are extra. Availability and final pricing are confirmed by the host.

Holiday ranges are estimates. November 8: $449 per night. Two-night minimum for October 2–3. Other dates can be requested below.
